ZOLUS MEDIA GROUP LICENSE A (Media)

This license establishes:

• MEDIA, CONTENT, WORK(S) : A creative piece of any kind, such as music, programs, videos, or images
• YOU, USER(S) : A user of media that was created by Zolus Media Group, or you as the reader
• ZOLUS MEDIA GROUP, ZMG, ZOLUS : Myself, as Kieta Zolkova or Zolus Media Group. The creator

By utilising content created by ZMG and sharing it in any public way, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• Zolus licensing terms are non-negotiable
• Free content created by Zolus must not be resold for profit. Zolus allows for its free content to be reuploaded anywhere (Exceptions include Spotify), as long as credit is included, as long as it does not profit another individual or group
• Paid content created by Zolus must not be redistributed or resold for profit. Zolus prohibits its paid content to be reuploaded either for free or to profit another individual or group
• Users who modify and reupload media from Zolus are asked to provide credit, but it is not strictly required. Modified and reuploaded content must be modified "enough", as an example, simply putting a black border around a video from ZMG and without credit is prohibited. Please contact me for further questions
• Content from ZMG must be only used by independent works. This includes indie studios and groups, larger companies are prohibited from using content from Zolus
• Zolus ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITS its media from being utilised in these contexts:
  • To promote a political ideology.
  • To submit in an artificial intelligence database.
  • To submit in a content ID database.
  • In any cryptocurrency or blockchain related media.
  Zolus takes these topics very seriously.
• Zolus Media Group heavily recommends creating a similar license for your own work. If you are a indie media developer who is open to others modifying or reuploading your work, creating a license is encouraged.
• Zolus Media Group cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to yourself, your belongings, or others from the use of Zolus media If you overload and break your car's stereo system by playing our music, that's on you.
